B.E. (Civil) / Diploma / Masters in Management with Specialization in Operations / Procurement / Supply Chain / Materials Management having 5-7 years of experience with knowledge of Procuring materials and equipment cost effectively, within budgets and in a timely manner. Identify vendors of materials& equipment and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales. Ensure supply of raw material as per the Project plan and estimated time lines. Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for materials and equipment. Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy. Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.
Candidate should be from realty industry having worked at senior level preferably an MBA with minimum 7-10 years experience in Sales of mega residential and commercial projects in real estate industry. Suitable candidates should have proven records of achieving higher sales during past two year.

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Architecture having 5-10 years of experience in residential construction. Coordinate with Site construction team, Design & Municipal Architect along with Structural MEP and other consultants for smooth, uninterrupted, and continuous pace of work. Work closely with the Architects (Design and Interior) and keep a track of various stages in design drawing. Coordinate and follow up with consultants and other relevant stake holders for resolving issues/tasks pending. Maintain and update MIS reports and other relevant reports. Periodic reporting to the Management.
