He has also served as President of CREDAI - MCHI - Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry.

Mr Narendra R Jain, B.Com, LLB, DBM, FCS has over 40 years of work experience across various roles in Real Estate field including Land Aquisition, Land Development, Redevelopment of Society & old buildings, NCLT Land Aquisition & Development etc. Currently associated with Dosti Realty as Director - Finance and Business Development , he has helmed various departments in the company from time to time like HR, IT, Sales and Marketing, Commercial Property Sale/ Lease/ Pre Lease sale etc. across a span of over 18 years. He has an excellent repo with all the reputed IPC's Channel Partners, etc. He is specialised in raising various finance facilities / fundings (including Structured Deals) LRD, LAP with various financial institutions like NBFC, PSU Banks, Commercial Banks. Before joining Dosti Realty ,Mr Jain was part of one of the most reputed Indian Coglomarate handling their all Real Estate properties spread thoughout India and abroad and handled all its corporate affairs including Legal / Arbitration / Group Family Settlement besides handling all SEBI and Stock Exchanges compliances being the Company Secretary. He is associated with Expert Sub Committee of CII and ASSOCHAM.

Mr Mukesh Jaitley is a seasoned techno-commercial professional with over 35 years of experience. He has spent a significant part of his career in the core contracting environment before transitioning into leadership roles with prominent developers such as Raheja Universal, Hirco, Ahuja Constructions, Kolte Patil Developers, Runwal Realty, Wadhwa Developers, and currently Dosti Realty.
