At Dosti Realty we believe that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a vowed duty of every organization and we try our best to create a better society by generating activities that involve the environment as well as our consumers, employees, communities, stakeholders and other members of the public sphere. We believe that generating profit should not be the organisation’s only motive and that giving back to society is far more important. We are therefore fulfilling our commitment and setting an example by practice, in the real world. Dosti Realty’s social welfare and philanthropic activities are carried out by The Dosti Foundation.

SKILL TRAINING AT KAUSHALYAGHAR (ONGOING)

As Gandhi once said , any education which is not useful for the society, is useless, are proud that for the last 6 years we have been imparting skill training at Kaushalya Ghar (Tara , Panvel) which has not only made the rural youth self-independent but these very youths are now contributing positively to uplift their own societal status. TEACHERS TRAINING PROGRAM AT TALASARI (ONGOING)

Dosti Foundation has started a new Educational Project in Talasari - Palghar district. We are working with 7 government schools in this vicinity. We have taken up the responsibility of training their teachers and uplifting the standard of primary / Secondary education for the children.

AWARDS FOR SOCIAL SERVICE GIVEN TO OUR EX CHAIRMAN, LATE SHRI KISHANBHAI GORADIA BY PUJYA SHRI MORARI BAPU IN 2023

Our Ex Chairman, Late Shri Kishanbhai Goradia has devoted his life to service of Society on Gandhian and he advocated and carried out activities relating to decentralization , trusteeship, alert citizen mobilization, Acharyakul, Sustainable Organic Farming, and Social Workers Training, He was awarded “ Sadbhavan Samman" for his service to the Society on 06th April 2023 by the hands of Pujya Morari Bapu , the Spiritual leader and great exponent of Ramcharitra Katha.

As per part of CSR during the most difficult period of COVID pandemic , Dosti Realty has lent its strong support and financial aid to various NGO volunteer organizations and the State and Municipal Authorities in mitigating the COVID- 19 crisis pandemic in Thane . VACCINATION DRIVE DURING CORONA (MARCH 2020)

AWARENESS CREATION IN VILLAGES (2018)

CONSTRUCTION SKILLS EDUCATION (ONGOING)

Being from the construction industry, we wanted to create a platform to train and place individuals within our own industry. We also realised that this sort of training would also be useful to those currently working at our sites and enhance their skills. BLOOD DONATION CAMP (APRIL – MAY 2017)

On 28th Apr & 11th May 2017, a blood donation camp was held at Dosti Realty. A large number of Dosti employees enthusiastically came forward to support this cause and 79 bottles of blood were donated for the betterment of Thalassemia children. The camp was organised by Arpan Blood Bank, a Non-profit organization that provides free blood to 350 Thalassemic children registered at their Vile Parle (Mumbai) and Nashik centers.

CARNIVAL FOR SITE LABOURERS’ CHILDREN OF VARIOUS THANE DEVELOPERS (JUNE 2016)

On Sunday 12th Jun 2016, real estate developers with sites in Thane joined hands to participate in ‘The Thane Moonsoon Relay’. BEAUTIFICATION OF WADALA ALONG WITH BMC (NOVEMBER 2016)

Dosti Realty has played a major role in transforming Wadala (Antop Hill). Now along with BMC, we managed to clean up the location at around Wadala Bridge. An environment-friendly and sustainable gabion wall were built which divides the flow of traffic moving in opposite directions. CARE, EDUCATION AND UPLIFTMENT OF LABOURERS AT SITES

From 2013-2016, Dosti Realty tied up with the Mumbai Mobile Creche who not only took care of the labourer’s children during the time they are working but also facilitated learning lessons besides providing care facilities to ensure that these children have a safe, happy and healthy childhood.
