Shriyog Founder, Smt. Rajeshree Tupe is a student of Guruji BKS Iyengar, Dr Geeta Iyengar and Shri Prashant Iyengar for over 25 years and brings a unique blend of three brilliant teachers. She uses the holistic approach to health of body, mind and soul in an accessible way for her students through the intelligent practice of asana and pranayama. A certified senior Iyengar yoga teacher, she also holds a Diploma in Ayurveda & Lifestyle Management.

Shriyog Institute’s team of trained teachers are intuitively compassionate and undergo rigorous training to address the differing needs of all kinds of students. The doors of Shriyog are open to all and the teachers patiently guide and assist those who walk in.

Renowned for his passion for fitness and movement, Tiger Shroff has established himself as a remarkable dancer in just three years. His journey, however, is far from complete—Tiger remains a dedicated student of the art, constantly striving for growth under the guidance of his mentor, Mr. Paresh Shirodkar.
